Quan surts del cine ja \u00e9s de nit. Tornant a casa, passes caminant per un\u00a0<strong>atzucac fosc i solitari<\/strong>. Escoltes un petit soroll al fons i la teva ment decideix recordar-te el fantamsa\/monstre de la pel\u00b7l\u00edcula que acabes de veure. La teva ment et diu una cosa semblant a \u00ab<strong><em>per aquest cant\u00f3 apareixer\u00e0 el monstre de la pel\u00b7l\u00edcula<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00bb\u00a0<\/em>i, de sobte, sents por.\u00a0<strong>Qu\u00e8 fas?<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Encara que algunes vegades ens plantegem fer mitja volta o arrencar a c\u00f3rrer, el m\u00e9s probable \u00e9s que ens diguem una cosa semblant al seg\u00fcent:\u00a0<em>\u00abno apareixer\u00e0 res, ho penso perqu\u00e8 he vist la pel\u00b7l\u00edcula fa res. Tot i que sento por s\u00e9 que el que em diu la meva ment no \u00e9s veritat\u00bb.\u00a0<\/em><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Com podem fer aix\u00f2? Perqu\u00e8\u00a0<strong>sabem que, encara que sentim por i la ment ens digui que \u00e9s cert, en realitat no ho \u00e9s.<\/strong> \u00c9s curi\u00f3s perqu\u00e8 el fet de dir-nos aix\u00f2 NO ens treu la por, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que ens permet no fer-li tant de cas, i aix\u00f2 ens ajuda a seguir fent el que vol\u00edem fer abans que la por arrib\u00e9s per incomodar-nos.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Per tant, aquesta manera de reaccionar davant la por sembla una mica\u00a0<strong>simple, \u00fatil i coherent<\/strong>, cert?<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Aleshores,\u00a0<strong>per qu\u00e8 no ho fem amb les nostres pors del dia a dia?<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f53fe07 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f53fe07\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-8367f9c\" data-id=\"8367f9c\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b7465d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9b7465d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">El raonament emocional<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-859a5d3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"859a5d3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Segurament, la resposta m\u00e9s simple a la pregunta anterior seria dir: \u00ab<em>perqu\u00e8 no ens adonem\u00bb<\/em>. Vegem alguns exemples de pors que ens poden apar\u00e8ixer en el nostre dia a dia:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><em>\u00abSegur que estic fent el rid\u00edcul\u00bb<\/em><\/p><p><em>\u00abNo aconseguir\u00e9 fer b\u00e9 aquesta feina\u00bb<\/em><\/p><p>\u00ab<em>No li agradar\u00e9, jo no m&#039;agrada\u00bb<\/em><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\">\u00a0<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">La nostra ment sol bombardejar-nos amb pensaments desagradables i tenim el mal costum de donar-los per certs o v\u00e0lids sense tan sols reparar-hi. Per qu\u00e8?\u00a0<strong>Per l&#039;emoci\u00f3 que els acompanya:<\/strong> quan aquests pensaments acompanyen una emoci\u00f3 intensa, tendim a creure que s\u00f3n certs. El raonament que fem seria una cosa semblant al seg\u00fcent:\u00a0<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/p><ul><li dir=\"ltr\"><em>\u00abS\u00f3c un\/a in\u00fatil\u00bb<\/em><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\"><em>\u00abPer qu\u00e8 ho dius?\u00bb<\/em><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\"><em>\u00abPerqu\u00e8 ho sento aix\u00ed\u00bb<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Concloure que alguna cosa que pensem \u00e9s certa pel fet d&#039;estar sentint-ho aix\u00ed, sense tenir en compte les proves a favor o en contra. D&#039;aix\u00f2 en diem <strong>raonament emocional<\/strong> i, encara que \u00e9s un acte que fem tots els humans de manera autom\u00e0tica, continua sent un dels causants principals del nostre malestar i baixa autoestima.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-57b4ff6 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"57b4ff6\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-5685603\" data-id=\"5685603\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2cb0ec5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2cb0ec5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Combatre el raonament emocional<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e3fdd13 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e3fdd13\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>El primer pas (i, alhora, el m\u00e9s important) \u00e9s adonar-nos-en<\/strong>: es tracta de ser capa\u00e7os d&#039;identificar els diferents raonaments emocionals que fem al llarg del dia. T&#039;animo que ho provis, encara que nom\u00e9s sigui avui: fixa&#039;t, al llarg del dia, en com et vas sentint. I pensa aleshores si potser est\u00e0s concloent coses que passaran o com ets en funci\u00f3 d&#039;aquestes mateixes emocions.\u00a0<\/p><p>El segon pas es basa en <strong>cercar l&#039;evid\u00e8ncia<\/strong> del que em dic: es tracta de buscar proves, tant a favor com en contra, del que m&#039;estic dient.
